The Process

How Air Duct Cleaning Works

1. 01

   System Inspection

   We pull vent covers, look inside the duct lines, and check the air handler before quoting anything. If there is damage, mold, or disconnected ductwork, we show you and explain what it means before work starts.

2. 02

   Negative Pressure Setup

   We connect our truck-mounted vacuum to the main return air duct and seal off the supply vents. This creates suction through the whole system so debris gets pulled toward the vacuum, not blown into the room.

3. 03

   Rotary Agitation

   We run a rotary brush through each supply and return line to scrub the duct walls. Built-up dust and debris that sticks to sheet metal does not come out with suction alone — it needs to be physically broken loose first.

4. 04

   Deep Vacuum Extraction

   With the brush loosening debris and the vacuum pulling from the main return, we work through every vent in the house. Dust, pet dander, old insulation particles, and pollen all get pulled out into the vacuum collection unit on the truck.

5. 05

   Final Walkthrough

   We put the vent covers back, check that the system runs normally, and walk you through what we found. If anything needs a follow-up repair or if the mold situation requires more than cleaning, we tell you straight.
